Embracing change through travel and culinary discovery

In the industrial area that used to house the old Philips factory buildings you can now find a hub for emerging young artistic talents and also some pretty tasty restaurants and cafes. This particular restaurant had a very cool atmosphere with plenty of room and an old shipping container outside that has been turned in to a swimming pool. The great thing about this bar and restaurant is that the menu is always different. You don’t see it written down anywhere, if you want the three course menu it is 25 euro and each time you go the dishes will be different. The waiter greets you and offers you three options for each course and it is as simple as that! I tried some traditional dutch croquettes and the pork which was beautifully tender and served on a bed of fresh vegetables and polenta. This is a really interesting part of Eindhoven, if you fly in here to get to Amsterdam this restaurant is worth visiting.
