Embracing change through travel and culinary discovery

Cinque Terre

I loved this cosy bar in the centre of Monterosso. It had a very old time feel inside especially with the classic 50s/60s music playing in the background. Here you can sample some of the traditional Limoncino from this area and also have a lemon spritz to refresh after bathing on the beach.

As the name suggests, here they do freshly made pizza and focaccia. I liked this little place as it was simple, cheap and tasty. I went with the pesto and mozzarella focaccia which served me for both lunch and my post-walk snack. The pesto is traditional Genovese pesto which is extremely tasty.
